How to split the wedding preparations

Instead of one big task like “sort out the reception”, write down specific steps: request a quote, confirm the menu, agree on numbers and pay the deposit. Give each step an owner and a due date.

Keep trimming the list of things you don't want at your wedding. When you review it together, separate tasks you can do right away from those waiting on a vendor's reply or a decision between the two of you.

Wedding planning

What else the planner can do

  • Guest list and RSVP

Guests grouped by family and household, with plus-ones, children and dietary needs. See at a glance who has replied and who hasn't yet.

  • Wedding budget

Planned and actual costs, deposits and balance due dates. Know how much you've spent and how much is left.

  • Wedding day schedule

The day from getting ready to the evening party. All the times in one place for you, your witnesses and your vendors.

  • Seating plan

Build your tables straight from the guest list. When someone cancels, you see right away which seat is free.

  • Wedding vendor directory

Find photographers, catering, music and flowers in the directory by region and price. Save your picks to your plan and track agreed prices and payments in your budget.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where do we get a task list?

Start with suggested tasks for a Czech wedding. Their due dates are set from your wedding date, and you can edit, add or delete any of them.

How do we split the tasks?

For each task, choose who will take care of it. In the Mine view, everyone sees just their own tasks, and Unassigned shows what nobody has taken yet.

Will the app remind us of upcoming deadlines?

Yes. The person in charge of a task gets a notification the day before it's due, plus a weekly summary of overdue tasks.

Is the planner really free?

Yes. You can use the guest list, tasks, budget, schedule, seating plan and vendors without paying. Only the wedding website costs money, if you want one.
