Frequently asked questions

Is the planner really free?

Yes. You can use the guest list, tasks, budget, schedule, seating plan and vendors without paying. Only the wedding website costs money, if you want one.

How much is the wedding website?

The wedding website costs 1 499 Kč with all six designs. The first 10 couples get it for 999 Kč with the code PRVNICH10. The planner is free.

Can we have a fully custom wedding website?

Yes. We design a custom website just for you, animations included, and it's ready within a week. It costs 9 999 Kč. If you already have a wedding website, you only pay the difference. Just write to us at ahoj@svatebniplan.cz.

Can several of us plan the wedding together?

Yes. You can invite your partner, family, witnesses and wedding coordinator to your plan – as many people as you need. Everyone sees the same details, whether they plan on a computer or a phone.

Does the planner work on both computer and phone?

Yes. Plan in your computer's browser or in the app for iPhone and Android. Your details are the same everywhere.

Will you help us find vendors?

Yes. The vendor directory lists photographers, catering, music, flowers and other services by region and price. Save your picks to your plan, then record the agreed price and payments in your budget.

What is the wedding website for on the day and afterwards?

On the day, guests have the schedule, directions and contacts on their phones and can upload their photos through a QR code. After the wedding, the website becomes a gallery and a thank-you to your guests.

How does RSVP work?

Each household gets a personal link to your wedding website. Guests reply separately for the ceremony, dinner or party, including plus-ones and children, choose their menu and mark allergies. They can change their answer until the deadline you set. Replies go straight into your guest list, so you never copy anything by hand. RSVP is part of the wedding website for 1 499 Kč. The first 10 couples get it for 999 Kč with the code PRVNICH10.

Can we organise guests by family or household?

Yes. Group guests into households so you can see who's coming with whom, and use the same groups for the seating plan.
