How to think through your seating plan
Ask the venue for the actual floor plan and table capacity. Leave space for staff, prams and guests with limited mobility. Only then assign confirmed guests to tables.
Start with households and groups who know each other. Allow for high chairs, guests who need a quieter spot, and plus-ones sitting with their partners. Before printing place cards, check the latest RSVPs and give the venue the current version.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What tables can we use?
Round, rectangular, a head table, and long T-, U- and E-shaped tables, which are the most common at Czech weddings. Save a table type and reuse it.
Can guests be seated automatically?
Yes. A suggestion seats the remaining guests at free places, keeping households together where possible. You can include people who haven't replied yet, then move anyone around.
How do we print the seating plan?
Print the tables, a “Find your seat” list and the numbers for the kitchen, or download them as CSV.
What if someone cancels?
You see right away at their table who has cancelled, so you know which seat is free.
Is the planner really free?
Yes. You can use the guest list, tasks, budget, schedule, seating plan and vendors without paying. Only the wedding website costs money, if you want one.
